Be the First Person Our Customers Can Count On

When a customer calls Paul Davis, they may be dealing with water damage, a fire, or another unexpected event in their home or business. As our Customer Service & Intake Coordinator, you’ll often be the first person they speak with.

We’re looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is not a call center position. You’ll work from our front desk, assisting customers by phone and in person while making sure new losses are quickly and accurately routed to the right team.

What You'll Do

Customer Intake & Dispatch

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy
  • Gather and accurately enter customer and loss information
  • Dispatch new losses to the appropriate department
  • Communicate important information to team members quickly and accurately
  • Provide a calm, helpful experience for customers during stressful situations
Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors
  • Assist with general questions and direct guests to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment
Administrative Support

  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with general administrative and office support
  • Keep information and records organized and accurate
What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High level of empathy, patience, and emotional awareness
  • Ability to remain calm when speaking with customers who may be upset or overwhelmed
  • Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and quickly route time-sensitive information
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
  • Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous customer service, administrative, front desk, dispatch, or office experience preferred

Preferred Experience

  •  2+ years in customer service, administration, dispatch, intake, call center, or office support 
  •  Experience with customer phone calls and data entry 
  •  Comfortable working across multiple computer systems at the same time 
  •  Restoration, construction, insurance, or service industry experience is a plus—but not required
