What You'll Do

  • Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete automotive repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and inspections efficiently while following all safety procedures.
  • Road-test vehicles and verify completed repairs for quality, safety, and proper operation.
  • Document diagnostic findings, services performed, test results, and labor time accurately on each repair order.
  • Maintain required automotive tools, shop equipment, and a clean, organized service bay while protecting customer vehicles.
  • Complete required technical training and maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience with the ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.
  • Manufacturer training and proven proficiency in preventive maintenance, engine repair, brakes, steering, and suspension.
  • Current ASE certification required; ASE Master Technician status or progress toward Master certification strongly preferred.
  • Ability to consistently complete customer-pay repair work at or above established productivity standards.
  • Strong diagnostic ability, technical accuracy, and urgency in a fast-paced automotive service department.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and clear communication with Service Advisors, technicians, and leadership.
