Job Description

What Makes You a Top Draft Pick:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!).
• Classroom management skills that keep the team on point (preferred).
