Job Description Summary

Join our Program Excellence Team within Imaging, where you’ll play a key role in strengthening how we plan, execute, and continuously improve complex programs across multiple modalities. In this role, you will support meaningful innovations that impact patients, clinicians, and healthcare systems worldwide. As a Program Manager, you will guide strategic initiatives, help embed best‑practice program management, and champion continuous improvement across Imaging. You’ll work within a centralized, collaborative team dedicated to building alignment, accelerating progress, and enabling teams to do their best work.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective governance frameworks that enable clarity, informed decision‑making, and strong alignment with corporate policies.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that connect programs to organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and optimize program governance standards, frameworks, and compliance processes to support consistent execution.
  • Foster cross‑modality collaboration by bringing together teams across business units and technology areas.
  • Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners to promote trust, engagement, and shared success.
  • Lead change‑management efforts to support smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Develop and manage clear metrics dashboards that track program performance, KPIs, and strategic objectives.
  • Design, implement, and refine standardized processes, procedures, and guidelines that elevate product development and project management excellence.
  • Facilitate data‑driven problem‑solving by leading root‑cause analyses and defining corrective actions to reduce risks and recover delayed programs.
  • Define and uphold quality metrics and review practices to ensure products and deliverables meet organizational and regulatory expectations.
  • Identify system‑level improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that increase productivity and operational performance.
  • Support a positive, high‑performance culture focused on quality, accountability, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Assess capability gaps and create accessible learning opportunities and training programs to strengthen team skills.
  • Oversee the deployment, adoption, and optimization of enterprise tools and knowledge platforms for tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Leverage technology and automation to increase workflow efficiency, enhance decision‑making, and support transparent, data‑driven execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (engineering or science preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a program manager leading complex medical device programs.
  • Hands‑on experience in My Workshop and other PLM systems with strong expertise in ECR/ECO processes and the Commercial Change process.
  • Experience with product development processes.
  • Experience leading a global program.
  • Proven experience in ecosystem‑level project management.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Agile frameworks.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • In‑depth knowledge of medical device regulations and external standards.
