The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects related to increasing and / or outsourcing capacity for the PDRD division. This would include the expansion of existing manufacturing footprints, the relocation of manufacturing operations as well as the increase of capacity through the integration and development of joint venture operations across the globe. The Project Manager will also be responsible for leading supply chain related aspects of special initiatives, implementations and process improvements as assigned within the PDRD organization. Lead supply chain related aspects of projects involving the relocation of manufacturing operations, the expansion of manafucturing capacities, and the development of joint venture operations across the globe. Lead cross-functional teams to establish thorough project plans and ensure that milestones are completed to schedule Establish and implement supply chain strategies and processes required for capacity expasion projects. Strategies would involve: o SIOP and Master scheduling o Purchasing and sourcing o Inventory and material flow o Transportation and logistics Manage supply chain related aspects of SAP/MRP data migration as needed to support projects Attend and lead process mapping workshops in support of projects Lead supply chain related aspects of special initiatives, implementations and process improvements as assigned within the PDRD organization As needed for projects, develop training, standard work and work instructions for various supply chain roles, ensuring development of SAP expertise in new and existing SCM employees Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university A minimum of eight (5) years of work experience in a manufacturing or operations environment. A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Supply Chain role A minimum of three (3) years managing people or project team Relocation benefits are being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside or willing to relocate within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI will be considered.
