THE TYPE OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of custodial, janitorial, facilities, or building maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, and reaching
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, knowledge of building maintenance, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), and familiarity with facility safety and chemical handling are preferred. We're looking for a reliable team member with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, sense of ownership, and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
In this full-time role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, and building system issues, complete routine inspections, and respond to maintenance requests as they arise. Your day may include coordinating with contractors, maintaining grounds and parking areas, operating maintenance equipment, keeping inventory organized, completing work orders, supporting OSHA compliance, monitoring safety equipment, and ensuring office, warehouse, restroom, and breakroom spaces remain clean, professional, and well-maintained.
