Job Description Summary
In this role, you will help advance GE HealthCare’s digital supply chain by leading strategy, new product introductions, and global production transfers. You will define and execute validation plans, translate design outputs into reliable manufacturing and service processes, and ensure all activities align with our Quality Management System. You will also champion key digital initiatives—standardizing work instructions, strengthening automation and traceability, and improving data governance across global sites. Additionally, you will support connected Phase In/Phase Out activities to enable smooth transitions and accurate material management. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, experience with digital and automation technologies, and the ability to work effectively across functions and regions. This hybrid role requires at least three days onsite each week, with additional in‑office time during onboarding. Travel is minimal.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Global lead for Digital Fulfilment supply chain strategy, new production introductions and transfers
Define process validation requirements and plans, transfer design outputs into supply chain and service processes
Support digital supply chain initiatives with broad business impact; drive standardization and share best practices across global sites for digital work instructions, automation, traceability, and data governance.
Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance within validation activities, partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute validation plans that incorporate automated data collection and traceability.
Facilitate Phase In/Phase Out using connected planning systems to ensure smooth transitions and accurate material tracking.
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field and 3 years experience, or Associate’s Degree and 5 years experience, or High School diploma with 7 years of experience in production, engineering, or technical project management.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement digital best practices, automation opportunities, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Prior Lean experience, with the ability to leverage digital tools for waste reduction and process optimization.
Desired Characteristics
Background in medical or regulated product and process development with an emphasis on digital integration and connected manufacturing systems.
Working knowledge of Quality Management System/GMP requirements, especially related to validation and traceability.
Experience developing digital tools, templates, dashboards, or workflow automations. Using ERP system(s).
Demonstrated program or project management skills, particularly in technology deployment or system integration.
Experience collaborating with and supporting globally distributed teams
