NOW HIRING: Part time Bilingual Janitorial Unit Manager (Supervisor) 

📍 Waukesha County Area/ Milwaukee County Area
💰 Starting Pay: $21–$24/hour (Based on Experience), Including paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
🕒 Part-Time | Monday–Friday |
Starting at 5:30 PM or 6pm, working 4-6 hours per night, w Occasional weekend coverage

Environment Control is seeking an experienced Bilingual Janitorial Unit Manager to oversee cleaning operations, support employees, and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the Waukesha County area.

This position combines leadership, supervision, training, quality control, and hands-on cleaning responsibilities. We are looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about customer service, employee development, and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction

• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Ensure contract specifications are met
• Resolve service issues promptly and professionally

Employee Satisfaction & Development

• Train, coach, and develop cleaning staff
• Monitor employee performance and attendance
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment
• Support employee growth and retention

Qualifications

Required

✔ Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
✔ Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry or related field
✔ Valid Driver's License 
✔ Reliable vehicle and transportation
✔ Criminal background check required
✔ Drug testing required
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred

✔ Commercial janitorial management experience
✔ Experience training and supervising employees

Physical Requirements

This is an active position requiring:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working directly alongside employees during training and support activities
