Education & Experience:
- Associate degree or comparable professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- 10 or more years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting a CEO, President, COO, C-suite executive, or other senior leader strongly preferred.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors, governance activities, or senior leadership teams is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

- High level of discretion and demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort using technology to improve productivity and a willingness to embrace emerging tools, including artificial intelligence.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and technologies.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interact comfortably with executives, Board members, physicians, employees and community partners.
- A proactive working style — you notice what needs to be done and take action without waiting to be directed.
- Ability to remain composed, flexible and effective in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
- Professional, personable and kind, with a collaborative approach and the ability to bring positive energy to the team.
- A sense of humor and the ability to be lighthearted when appropriate while maintaining the professionalism expected of the Executive Office.
