  • ProHealth Care is seeking an experienced administrative professional with an associate degree or equivalent experience, along with 10 or more years of progressively responsible support experience, preferably for senior executives.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and critical-thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives and working with a Board of Directors is preferred, while healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree or comparable professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 10 or more years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting a CEO, President, COO, C-suite executive, or other senior leader strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors, governance activities, or senior leadership teams is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

  • Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to anticipate needs, identify potential challenges and independently develop solutions.
  • Confidence and professional presence, with the ability to appropriately manage competing requests, ask questions and respectfully push back when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort using technology to improve productivity and a willingness to embrace emerging tools, including artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and technologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interact comfortably with executives, Board members, physicians, employees and community partners.
  • A proactive working style — you notice what needs to be done and take action without waiting to be directed.
  • Ability to remain composed, flexible and effective in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
  • Professional, personable and kind, with a collaborative approach and the ability to bring positive energy to the team.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to be lighthearted when appropriate while maintaining the professionalism expected of the Executive Office.
