Plumbing Laborer - Pipe Into a New Career

Ready to dive into the trades without getting in over your head?

Not afraid to get your hands dirty? Good. Because we’re looking for a Plumbing Laborer who’s dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn the trade from the ground up. This isn’t a “stand around and hold a wrench” kind of role. You’ll be part of the action helping with installations, repairs, job site prep, material handling, and keeping projects moving. Every day is different, and there’s plenty of opportunity to build real skills and grow in the plumbing industry.

Whether you already have construction experience or you’re looking to break into the trades, we want someone with a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and the ability to show up ready to work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting plumbers on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Carrying materials, tools, and equipment
• Helping install and repair plumbing systems
• Digging trenches and supporting underground work when needed
• Cleaning and organizing work areas
• Using hand and power tools safely
• Supporting the team wherever needed to keep projects on track
• Deliver materials to job sites.

• Someone reliable who shows up and works hard
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
  

Physical Requirements:

This role is active and hands-on. You’ll be lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, carrying materials, and working both indoors and outdoors depending on the project.
