Experienced Diesel Mechanic

Our trucks are the backbone of what we do, and we're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in keeping equipment in top condition. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on a variety of repairs, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting major breakdowns.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of ready-mix trucks, semis, and heavy equipment

• Perform scheduled oil changes, brake jobs, tire repairs, and fluid services

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines

• Diagnose mechanical issues using tools, equipment, and technical manuals

• Complete DOT inspections and ensure trucks are road-ready and compliant

• Keep accurate service and repair records in line with company and DOT standards

• Collaborate with drivers and dispatch to quickly resolve breakdowns and keep trucks in service

• Maintain shop tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician

• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and air brakes

• CDL license preferred but not required

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Safety-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Full-time, Monday-Friday - SHOP LOCATED IN Waunakee, WI
