We are seeking a Window & Door Install Project Manager to join our passionate team and contribute to our continued success. Why work for us? Job Summary A Window & Door Install Measure Technician ensures contract and installation accuracy through verbal and written communication with customers and employees. This includes site visits, measuring, and recording all aspects of the post-sale window department process. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Host job site visits after sale to take technical measurements, photos and communicate the installation process and expectations to customers. Identify situations that may impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code compliance and effectively communicate and document scope changes. Create installation notes for staff. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, installation techniques, and common building codes. Support Sales Consultants as needed includes price quotes, accurate measurements, and assessments for labor/materials during sales process. Attend job site installations as needed. Provide our clients with a world class experience. QualificationsEducation and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Some construction and/or remodeling experience preferred. An interest in learning about remodeling and the fenestration (window and door) industry. Required Skills Valid driver’s license required and a clean driving record. We will teach you what you need to know. Work Environment: 50% of the physical environment will require the employee to conduct business inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, dry/arid conditions while visiting job sites.  This position also requires the ability to use ladders and stairs to access areas of the home to gather measurements.  The work schedule is typically Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm and can vary based on the job scope. Daily travel required in and around Dane County. The other 50% is at our Waunakee office. No overnights.
