Street, Waunakee, WI 53597 - Waunakee, WI 53597Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 HourlyJob Summary A Window & Door Installer ensures work site set up, performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal, and performs work site tear down and cleanup of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen’s guidelines.  Primary Duties and Responsibilities Install window and door products in accordance with Company standards and processes. Effectively prepare the job site for set up and tear down. Collaborate with Foreman or Field Technician throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques. Build and sustain positive homeowner relations and assist in meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Maintain a mindset of continual self-learning and development of skills. Adhere to proper safety techniques at all times while maintaining a clean and orderly job site. QualificationsEducation and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year general carpentry experience preferred. Required Skills A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and an excellent driving record is desired. Work Environment Physical demands are typical to those of construction work. They can demand regularly lifting or moving 50 lbs and up to 90 lbs with assistance. Climbing ladders. Using power and hand tools. And more. Working conditions require the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. And frequently requires the use of personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to noise, heights, and hazardous materials.   The work schedule is typically Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm and can vary based on the job scope. 90% travel required in and around Dane County. The remaining 10% is on the road or at our Waunakee Warehouse.
