We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Full Time Parts Specialist to support both our customers and service team. This vital role requires strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability to deliver timely, accurate parts solutions while providing outstanding customer service and supporting the  profitability of the dealership.


What You’ll Do:

Our Parts team plays a critical role in supporting the farmers and businesses who depend on us every day.

From assisting customers at the counter to supporting our service technicians, this role ensures equipment downtime is minimized and our customers can keep moving. 


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sell and order parts for customers at the counter and over the phone. Customers may include external or internal customers
  • Receive, ship, and store parts and freight
  • Read and interpret parts diagnostics and diagrams
  • Responsible for point-of-sale invoicing, repair and internal parts orders, and orders for vendors.
  • Assists in performing physical inventory counts on a regular basis, complete physical inventory annually
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area, parts counter and showroom display area
  • Participate in all training programs to keep current on new product updates and enhance knowledge on all processes

 

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • Ability to multi-task and transition easily between the parts inventories of multiple lines of equipment
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills 
  • Keen ability to promptly and skillfully solve problems
  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends
  • Must be proficient with computers
  • Prior experience working in a parts department and/or in the ag equipment field is highly desired. Agriculture experience or background is preferred.
