Mid-Wisconsin Beverage is a locally owned and operated, leading distributor of soft drinks, waters, energy drinks, juices, teas, and more in North Central Wisconsin. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Merchandising team. As a Merchandiser, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the proper placement, display, and availability of our products in our retail customer accounts, enhancing our brand presence and maximizing sales opportunities. Our Merchandisers are responsible for regularly visiting assigned retail stores to stock shelves, coolers, and displays with Mid-Wisconsin Beverage products; rotate products to ensure freshness; remove damaged and outdated goods; manage inventory levels effectively; build positive relationships with store personnel; and maintain a clean and organized back stock area. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Possess a valid driver's license Have a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer accounts Have a good driving record Successful completion of a pre-employment physical Ability to pass a drug screening SHIFT: Saturday mornings in Rib Mountain area PAY: Starting pay of $20.55/hr + mileage reimbursement QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. CONTACT WITH OTHERS: Regular contact with customers, employees of customers, consumers, and employees from Sales and Delivery departments. Must maintain a professional working relationship with all contacts and when out in the field. Must possess excellent communication skills. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No supervisory responsibilities. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, general policies, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to clearly communicate verbally, on the phone and in writing. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply concepts of basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Qualified Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, able to lift up to 50 pounds, possess a valid driver license, have a reliable, insured vehicle for transportation to customer accounts, have a good driving record, and be able to successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
