Job DetailsJob Location: WI Wausau - Wausau, WI 54401Position Type: Full Time or Part TimeSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: DayPalliative Nurse Practitioner – Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing palliative care program. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients with complex, chronic, or serious illnesses in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Position Details: Part-Time: 20 hours/week (non-benefited) Full-Time: 32–40 hours/week (benefited) Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive palliative care visits, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of symptoms Complete F2F encounters for hospice patients as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Prescribe medications and coordinate care for patients with advanced or chronic illnesses Accurately document all encounters in the EMR Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Requirements: Experience preferred but willing to train new Nurse Practitioners! Active Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care planning skills preferred Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR preferred (willing to train) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care and possess the experience to support medically complex patients, we encourage you to apply.
