We are looking for a full-time Surgery Scheduler position to join our Orthopedics team! Previous experience or education in medical assisting or surgery scheduling is preferred. If you enjoy working collaboratively within a team, are good with a computer, and have excellent organization and customer service skills, this is the position for you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SURGERY SCHEDULER

Working as a Surgery Scheduler in Orthopedics will provide you with a variety of duties including interacting with the entire Orthopedics team, patients, internal departments, and external facilities either in person, on the phone or via computer. Attention to detail is a must as you will be verifying medications, allergies, surgery type, dates, times, patient demographics, correct locations and any other pertinent information related to the care of the patient and their safety. You bring your healthcare experience and we'll provide the tools you need to succeed!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SURGERY SCHEDULER

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with procedure or surgery scheduling

  • Valid Driver's License

WORK SCHEDULE

Clinics are open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Staff manage their 40 hours over the 5 days.
