Department: Fulton Manor - Long-Term Care Facility
Status Hours: Full-time, 72 hours bi-weekly

Shift: 1st Shift, Variable Hours

Includes: Weekend & holiday rotation

Job Summary:

Fulton Manor, the long-term care facility at Fulton County Health Center, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The Wound Care RN/LPN at Fulton Manor plays a vital role in resident care—including providing support with wound care, in collaboration with nursing leadership and providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
  • Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health conditions.
  • Deliver wound care according to physician orders and facility protocols, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.

  • Adapt to the changing needs of residents and the environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

Requirements
