Our Brand Ambassadors are the heart of the store, bringing Urban Outfitters to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. Role Responsibilities

Create Real Connections

Start conversations that feel natural, not scripted. Get to know customers, share your perspective, and help them discover pieces that fit their style

Bring the Brand to Life

Show up as you. Your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different. Stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online

Create the Energy on the Salesfloor

Engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about. Your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping Seamless

Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop. From restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + Flexible

Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go. Every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun

Work as a Team

Support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy. We show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be

Role Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters
• Confidence in expressing your personal style and creativity
• A people-first mindset, you enjoy meeting and helping others
• A collaborative attitude and positive energy
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
