Responsibilities:

• CIP (clean in place) of all filling and batching equipment including tanks, mixing equipment, micro blend, and fillers.

• Foaming and cleaning of all production conveyors and air knife driers.

• Monitoring chemical concentrations of the CIP circuits.

• Boil out and cleaning of Petek tunnel pasteurizers.

• Monitoring chemical concentrations of the Petek tunnel pasteurizers.

• Cleaning of tunnel pasteurizer filter screens on frequency to ensure proper operation.

• ATP, Gluten, Allergen, and Micro swabbing of batching and filling equipment.

• Proper documentation of all CIP circuits and MSS

• Overall cleanliness of floors, walls, and production drains and equipment.

• Assist the production department when needed.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Walking, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs.

• Basic computer skills

• Sanitation background preferred

• Flexible Schedule / Overtime when needed.

• Attention to detail 

• GMP’s (Good manufacturing practices)

• General Chemical knowledge preferred.
