Job Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

The DST Training Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and conducting new Team Member orientation within the Distribution Center. This role ensures new hires are properly trained on Tyson policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational expectations. The position also supports onboarding, documentation compliance, training record management, and effective communication between team members and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct new Team Member orientation and onboarding.
  • Deliver safety and forklift training.
  • Continuously improve orientation and classroom training programs.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Track attendance and training records for new team members.
  • Assess interpreter needs and coordinate language support when necessary.
  • Assist new Team Members with facility acclimation and qualification processes.
  • Support additional training and onboarding activities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have completed the 90-day probationary period.
  • Previous training or facilitation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Distribution Center operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate company policies and procedures in English.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Some travel may be required.
