Job Summary:

Flex/PRN, typically evenings; REQUIRES: Master's Degree AND at least 2-years of related experience. This role is focused on providing treatment and supporting clinicians who are actively engaged in the recovery process.

Job Duties:

Functions as primary care manager at all levels of counseling care as needed, providing chemical dependency services to patients and their families in accordance with established policies and professional standards.

  • Responsible for carrying out all relevant charting requirements.

  • Facilitating group therapy, individual and family therapy.

  • Presents educational lectures to patients and family members.

  • Coordinates case management responsibilities with outside agencies and coordinate discharge planning.

  • Observes all applicable facility policies and procedures.

  • Coordinates treatment planning process through the multidisciplinary team.

  • Participates in department quality improvement activities.
