Pay Rate: 

$19.96/hr +

 

Sign on Bonus:       

$500 after 30 days, 

$500 after 6 months, 

 


 

Retention Bonus:   

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform: 

Starch Blender Operator is responsible for the following duties, as outlined by his/her supervisor.

  • Blending adhesive, using correct ingredients and formula
  • Checking viscosity during blending process
  • Checking viscosity at respective machines
  • Checking Gel Point
  • Checking Temperature in TVC Coil
  • Communicating gel point and viscosity to supervisor
  • Weighing and documenting
  • Operation of waste-water treatment
  • Operator must follow all safety procedures for safe operation of Starch Mixer
  • Operator must keep work areas and surrounding areas neat and orderly.
  • Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Operator must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout work shift

 

Baler Operator is responsible for the following duties, as outlined by his/her supervisor.

  • Weighing and documenting all scrap carts
  • Baling all scrap cart waste
  • Replacing all full scrap carts with empty carts
  • Operator will be required to secure forklift license and must follow all safety procedures for safe operation of a fork lift.
  • Operator must follow all safety procedures for safe operation of Hogger/Baler
  • Operator must keep work areas and surrounding areas neat and orderly.
  • Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Operator must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout work shift
