  • Paid RBT Certification Sponsorship: No prior ABA certification? We cover 100% of your 40-hour RBT training and exam costs within your first 8 weeks!

  • Consistent Clinic-Based Schedule: Work a stable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM), giving you predictable scheduling, a centralized clinic home, and your weekends back.

  • Zero In-Home Driving: Say goodbye to driving between client homes, unpaid travel time, and wear-and-tear on your vehicle. You work at one resource-rich clinic facility every day.

  • Direct Clinical Mentorship: Secure your supervision hours and advance your skills in a supportive clinic environment working closely alongside collaborative, accessible BCBAs.

  • Semi-Annual Raises: Starting pay with structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to ensure your income scales with your clinical expertise.

What to Expect:

As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will:

  • Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

  • Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.

  • Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are:

  • Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

  • The Mindset: You are passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting.

  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.

  • Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
