POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse Technician – Shipping & Receiving, you will be responsible for leading daily Shipping & Receiving activities while ensuring accurate inventory control, material traceability, documentation management, and compliance with safety and quality standards. 

 

This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, supporting customer deliveries, managing inventory accuracy, coordinating audits, and ensuring the proper use and care of equipment assigned to the Shipping & Receiving process. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reside within commuting distance of Waxahachie, TX. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (required). 
  • At least 2 years of experience in Shipping & Receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics functions. • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and material traceability.
  • Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work overtime as operational needs require.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to lead daily Shipping & Receiving activities and prioritize tasks effectively.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead daily Shipping & Receiving operations, ensuring all activities are executed according to established procedures and business priorities.
  • Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials using forklifts.
  • Verify received and shipped quantities by comparing physical inventory against work orders, shipping documents, and system records.
  • Identify, report, and properly document damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials while maintaining complete lot traceability.
  • Ensure all materials are properly labeled with the correct item numbers, lot numbers, and inventory information.
  • Maintain accurate control, organization, and safeguarding of all documentation generated through the Shipping & Receiving process.
  • Allocate and organize warehouse storage space according to material
