Job Description: Counseling with emphasis on prevention and/or behavior modification. Develops and implements behavior management and/or skills acquisition plans. Works with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health. Helps individuals deal with addictions and substance abuse, suicide, stress management, problems with self-esteem and issues associated with mental and emotional health.

Job Responsibilities: Will work Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Competencies: Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree and pursuing licensure, and one year experience in a social service related position. (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). **Free clinical supervision available**
