Case Manager - Ware Child and Adolecent

Hourly Rate: $20 BHP III-$24.05 BHP IV

Job Description: Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services. Will perform case management duties. Preference for experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care.  

Job Responsibilities:  Will work Monday-Thursday @ 10-hour days.

Competencies: Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and three years’ experience in a social service-related position for a level III Or Bachelor's degree in a social service-related field and one year experience in a social service-related position for level IV.
