Performance Luxury Sport is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced High-Line Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in our Columbus location. In this critical role, you will take charge of presenting information, addressing questions about contracts and aftermarket products, and ensuring that all financial transactions are executed with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be vital in driving our operations forward.  

• Starting pay from $150,000 per year
• Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM  
• Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM  
• Closed Sundays

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the finance department and ensure that all financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently 
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and financial institutions 
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients 
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations 
• Work closely with sales team to ensure that all deals are structured properly 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions 
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to upper management 
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive finance management 
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial software 
• Poses a driver's license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles
