Winnetu Oceanside Resort, The Nantucket Hotel, and the new Lovango Resort & Beach Club are seeking a full-time, year-round Reservations Specialist to join our close-knit team! At our high-end boutique family-owned resorts, we're not just booking rooms; we're travel planners, curating dream vacations for our discerning clientele. Responsibilities

You'll be the friendly voice of our resorts, guiding guests through every aspect of their island adventure. Your days will involve:

• Engaging phone conversations: Discussing our luxurious accommodations, resort activities, amenities, and all the wonders of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and the USVI.
• Expert travel planning: Advising on transportation options to and from our island paradises.
• Collaborating and innovating: Working with our team to continuously enhance the guest experience and ensure we remain at the forefront of luxury hospitality.

This is a hybrid position based in Wayland, MA. You'll have 2 weeks of in-office training to start, followed by a flexible schedule of 1-2 days in-office and 3-4 days remote. Your regular hours will be Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

First and foremost, you love being on the phone and interacting with people! We're looking for someone with an upbeat, cheery personality and strong computer proficiency. You're also:

While experience with Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, or the USVI is a plus, it's not required. We're more interested in your passion for service and your ability to connect with guests.
