SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their growing team in Roseto, PA! Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Install and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related HVAC issues
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance records accurately
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety codes and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (residential and/or commercial)
- EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification required
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
