Job DetailsJob Location: Wayne, PA 19087Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: SalesJob Description – Inside Sales Manager   Job Title: Inside Sales Manager Reports to: VP Sales Salary:  $75,000+ (annual base + monthly incentive) Summary:                                                                                   The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coaching the inside sales team in forging strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners, including relators. Supervisory Responsibilities: Experience hiring and growing an inside sales team Setting/establishing/maintaining KPI’s Ability to motivate, lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team both onsite and in remote offices Willingness and desire to advance within the organization Strong communication skills with all levels of internal and external customers Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for the following functions: Oversee as well as present training sessions via teams with new Manufactured Home (MH) partners regarding all that Tammac has to offer. (Partner Deck) Manage as well as maintain ongoing referral source relationships from partners Review marketing material for effective utilization by the Inside Sales Team Direct and oversee inbound phone calls from manufactured home partners in obtaining information on partnering with Tammac Up-to-date knowledge of constantly changing lending programs and underwriting guidelines as well as a base understanding of the loan products offered by the company Oversee the appointments made by the Inside Sales team for the Area Sales Manager as appropriate for effectiveness and efficiency        Consultative selling through solicitation Benefits: Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid time off Vision Insurance 401K Work Location: In-Office in Wilkes Barre, PA or Wayne, PA Office QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities: Experience in the Business to Business space Must be a sales-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills Meet team KPIs for Inside Sales Team incuding outbound calls, training appointments, and applications Call center experience peak A thorough knowledge of available loan products and programs. Manufactured Home (MH) experience preferred but not required Other responsibilities as assigned.   Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is a plus Inside Sales experience Call center environment preferred   Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
