Job DetailsJob Location: New Jersey - Remote - Wayne, NJ 07470Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 Base+Commission/yearKonica Minolta Healthcare is seeking a Sales Specialist to cover the Mid-Atlantic Region. Qualified candidates will have experience in medical imaging sales and will reside in NJ, PA, or NY. Position Summary: The Sales Specialist serves as the primary sales representative for Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas (KMHA), responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales, dealer support, and account management within an assigned region. This role focuses on prospecting, lead generation, dealer collaboration, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Reporting to the Vice President of the modality or business area, the Sales Specialist works closely with Sales Specialists from other modalities in the region and Region Product Sales Managers (RPSMs) to develop and execute territory sales plans, including cross-modality opportunities. Compensation will be aligned to both territory modality growth and regional achievement of cross modality goals. Collaboration and coordination are essential to achieve growth and success. This position works with little daily supervision, requires strong interpersonal skills and work ethic. Works under the direction of the EVP, Digital Solutions to achieve corporate goals, standards and objectives. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships through outreach, cold calling, and on-site visits, while ensuring seamless communication with internal teams such as sales management, marketing, customer service, and finance. The Sales Specialist must maintain expert product knowledge, stay current on industry advancements and competitors, and manage their sales pipeline and progress metrics in Salesforce to meet performance goals. Responsible for driving sales and supporting customer needs across assigned all KMHA product lines. QualificationsRequirements and Qualifications: • Develops and implements individual territory sales programs. • Establishes and maintains effective dealer relationships. • Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports as required. • Contacts customers frequently, advancing KMHA market presence and overall penetration. • Maintains updates with customers regarding products, procedures and questions. • Attends meetings and industry related shows when required. • Maintain confidentiality of all information. • Reports on new competitive products or changes in existing products. • Represent in the medical marketplace KMHA’s technology in the form of Presentations, Webinars, Corporate gatherings, etc. • Expense and company asset management. • Meet and exceed annual performance standards and objectives. • All others as directed by management.   Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ successful and verifiable sales experience. Success selling Radiology Imaging capital equipment is highly desirable.
