Job Description:

Location: Wayne Tower located in Wayne, Michigan.

Part time 24 hours a week

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • One or more years of office, customer service, or sales/marketing experience; leasing experience preferred.

  • Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, internet, and property management software.

  • Knowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD/Section 8) preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Functions

  • Perform leasing and marketing activities to meet occupancy goals.

  • Complete guest cards, applications, and reports; enter data in Yardi or other systems.

  • Greet prospects, conduct tours, present apartment features/benefits, process applications, and close leases.

  • Maintain positive resident relationships to support retention.

  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Tenant Selection Plan, Lease Agreement, and company policies.

  • Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach.

  • Provide professional communication with residents, co-workers, vendors, and community partners.

  • Achieve company standards for occupancy, closing ratios, Yardi scores, and resident satisfaction.

  • Complete assigned training and other duties as needed.
