As a Platform Reliability Engineer within our Private Cloud department, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions that strengthen our IT infrastructure. Your passion for automation, coding, and modern engineering practices will help us increase efficiency and deliver high‑quality, cutting‑edge services to our customers.
We are looking for someone who is self‑driven, technically skilled in scripting and automation, and eager to collaborate across teams within the broader Infrastructure organization. In this role, you will contribute to end‑to‑end innovation initiatives leveraging your coding abilities to integrate, automate, and optimize processes throughout our IT landscape. Experience with the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform ServiceNow, especially in developing or integrating automation workflows, is highly valued. A solid understanding of infrastructure management tools is expected.
Our Private Cloud department operates through self‑organizing teams, each responsible for delivering specific platform services. While your exact team placement may vary, your expertise will make an impact across the entire Private Cloud domain.

Day to DayÂ
- Build & operate the platform
- Private cloud / CI-CD pipelines ensuring reliability, security, and performance
- Enable self-service
- Make the platform consumable via templates, catalogues, guardrails, and standardization.
- Own platform reliability
- Drive monitoring, incident response, and reliability improvements of the platform itself
- Security and compliance by design
- RBAC, secrets, compliance
- Scalability & performance
- Optimize cluster capacity, cost-efficiency, and platform performance.
- Collaboration & support
- Work closely with other delivery teams to troubleshoot issues and improve developer experience.Â
- On-call participation

Applicable Pay Range
$102,020.00 - $153,030.00
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
