Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our U.S. and European Human Resources teams. This role will provide administrative, analytical, and project support across a broad range of HR activities, with a strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and employee communications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with HR data and systems, and turning information into clear, accurate, and professional reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and communications. Prior HR experience is preferred, but strong technical skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are critical to success in this role..

This role will report to the HR Director, North America & Europe.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities, among others as business needs evolve:

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees with general Human Resources questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Provide general administrative support to the U.S. and European HR teams.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including employee communications, documentation, tracking, and other administrative support.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR activities.
  • Provide recruiting support, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and preparation of recruiting materials.
  • Assist with drafting, formatting, and distributing HR communications and employee announcements.
  • Build, maintain, and regularly update HR dashboards, reports, and tracking tools.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets used for workforce reporting, employee data, compensation, benefits, and other HR activities.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations and other materials for HR leadership and business meetings.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and information within HR systems.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting employee engagement activities, events, and other HR-sponsored initiatives.
  • Support HR projects and other administrative activities as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, charts, and data organization. 
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, professional presentations. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with payroll, HRIS, or other Human Resources systems. 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field. 
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment or corporate office setting. 
  • Prior Human Resources experience.
