Your role will include:

  • Supporting children in participating in age-appropriate activities that grow holistic child development skills. 
  • Maintaining open communication with colleagues. 
  • Ensuring adherence to school policies. 
  • Fostering an atmosphere of respect and positive reinforcement. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and successful background check. 
  • Physical ability to perform job duties.
  • 1 year of experience working with diverse groups of children.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in child development, early childhood education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with school-aged children with special needs in a childcare or education setting is highly preferred.

Salary:

  • Pay: $21.25 per hour.

Locations & Shift Times:

  • School year 2026-2027
  • Part-time from 2-6 pm, Monday through Friday 
  • Sunset Hill and Oakwood
