Lake Minnetonka Dental is searching for a Dental Assistant to join our team! We provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a fun, team-based environment. Our doctors strive to provide only the best patient care and experience, which is only possible with the help of an incredible team! Responsibilities

  • Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
  • Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations..
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)
  • Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Current Minnesota Dental Assistant license (nitrous oxide and radiology license required)
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • A passion for learning and growing in your role
