Full-Time In-Home Caregiver – Weatherford, TX

Comfort Keepers is looking for a dependable and compassionate full-time caregiver to provide one-on-one support to a senior client in the Weatherford area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver who enjoys building trust with clients and helping them remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.50–$17.00 per hour based on experience and CNA certification
• Additional $1.50/hour weekend differential

Caregiver Responsibilities

The caregiver will provide personalized assistance based on the client’s individual needs and care plan. Duties may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Helping the client maintain personal hygiene and daily routines
• Providing companionship and engaging conversation
• Offering medication reminders
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with meal planning
• Completing light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• Providing transportation for appointments and errands when needed
• Encouraging independence and supporting the client’s comfort and dignity
• Communicating changes in the client’s condition or needs to the office
• Following the established Plan of Care
• Supporting family members with appropriate caregiving techniques when needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experience through an agency, facility, or private-duty setting
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds
• Dementia care experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a home with small dogs
• Dependable and professional
• Able to communicate reliably by phone, text, or email regarding scheduling and client updates
