MasterTech is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians in the Weatherford TX area for both Shop and Field Service positions.
The role involves maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of various heavy equipment in a shop and field environment.
Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $46.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package provided.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or have completed a Diesel Technology/Mechanic program.
Additional qualifications include proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

MasterTech is on the search for experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians in the Weatherford TX area. We have both Shop and Field Service opportunities available.

Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment in a shop and field service environment.

Compensation:

$30.00 - $46.00/hour+ based on experience, training, certifications, etc.

Company service vehicle and gas card available for field service openings.

Shift:

Day shift, roughly 7AM - 4PM, (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.

Key Qualifications:

3 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, or completion of a Diesel Technology/Mechanic program.
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Proficient with diagnostic scanning tools.
Welding experience is preferred.
Working knowledge on construction, earth moving, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc., equipment is preferred.
