Must have at least 1 year of experience. 


Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)
  • Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community
  • Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/models
  • Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic
  • Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
  • Assist prospects in applying online
  • Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes
  • Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments
  • Partner with the Marketing team on all marketing initiatives
  • Complete market surveys
  • Complete monthly Training
  • All duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
  • 1+ years of on-site leasing experience
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Possesses superior customer service attitude
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • One-Site experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Physical Demands: The job is prominently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
