HOURS: M-F 8 hour shift with a 45 minute paid break

We are currently seeking an EEC certified Early Educator at our Webster location. This individual will shape the classroom environment within agency guidelines by leading, coordinating, and making decisions to develop and maintain a quality early childhood program. This candidate will have taken Child Growth and Development at the College level and have a minimum of 9 months experience working with toddler or preschool children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group
  • Supporting the Lead Teacher in creating and implementing an exciting and enriching learning environment for children
  • Share in the classroom decision-making, finding a mutually agreeable plan that is best for the children
