We’re looking for an experienced HR professional ready to take full ownership of the HR function in a well-established international organisation based in Dublin.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll cover the entire HR lifecycle — from employee relations to recruitment, compliance, and engagement.

You’ll have real ownership of the HR function and a genuine seat at the leadership table, working closely with senior stakeholders. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end employee relations cases, including complex situations and WRC preparation

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Irish employment law and HR best practices

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle

  • Overseeing payroll processes and supporting workforce planning

  • Line managing and developing an HR Coordinator

  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements (GDPR, safeguarding, equality)

  • Maintaining accurate HR data in HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)

  • Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience as an HR Generalist / HR Lead

  • Solid, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law

  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases independently

  • Experience preparing cases for WRC

  • Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset

  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in education, healthcare, or professional services

  • Previous people management experience

  • Familiarity with HR systems like SuccessFactors

  • Experience with international recruitment, work permits, or safeguarding
