The Pre-Sales Demo Architect designs and builds custom demo environments that bring our  platform to life. They apply brand standards, create content and users, customize site structures, and build tailored workflows to support high-impact demos. By combining technical configuration with design and storytelling, they help teams deliver demos that resonate and drive revenue.

*Missions*

Demo Environment Architecture

  • Build, configure, and maintain custom demo sites using platform cloning and templating tools.

  • Architect demo environments to highlight key product capabilities, workflows, and integrations.

  • Ensure demo environments operate smoothly across desktop, mobile, and app experiences.

Customization & Branding

  • Apply customer-specific design, brand assets, and theme standards to each environment.

  • Customize layout, navigation, pages, and components to align with the demo narrative.

  • Develop tailored scenarios, content structures, and workflows to meet prospect use cases.

Content Creation & Data Modeling

  • Create demo-ready content, including news posts, pages, widgets, events, policies, and media assets.

  • Build realistic user groups, personas, roles, and permissions to simulate real-world use.

  • Configure sample department sites, communities, teams, and operational hubs.

Process & Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting and Product teams to refine demo storylines.

  • Ensure each environment is performant, stable, and aligned to best practices.

  • Manage a library of reusable templates, components, skins, and demo assets.

  • Maintain version control and governance over demo environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants to understand demo requirements.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, narratives, and value stories.

  • Coordinate with the Product team to include new features and updates in demo environments.

  • Provide feedback to Product and UX teams based on demo usage and customer reactions.

*Skills*

Technical / Platform Skills

  • Experience building digital workplace sites, intranets, or low-code/no-code SaaS configurations.

  • Strong understanding of design systems, theming, components, and brand standards.

  • Ability to structure content, navigation, permissions, and user groups effectively.

  • Comfortable using cloning, templating, and content-migration tools.

Design & UX

  • Ability to apply brand guidelines, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.

  • Comfort creating clean, intuitive, and visually engaging demo experiences.

Pre-Sales & Communication

  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in pre-sales environments.

  • Ability to translate business problems into compelling demo scenarios.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

General Attributes

  • Extremely detail-oriented; high personal quality bar.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple demo builds at once.

  • Creative thinker who enjoys crafting narratives and immersive user experiences.

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving SaaS environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in intranet platforms, digital workplace products, collaboration tools, or CMS systems.

  • Experience in Solutions Consulting, Demo Engineering, Product Marketing, or UX/UI roles.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics (not required but considered an asset). 

  • Exposure to enterprise customer environments.
