We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team at CLS Health. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in project management, operations, and healthcare-related projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our Project Managers and Senior Project Manager to support various projects across OBL, GLP, RPM/CCM, PET SCAN, and Infusion initiatives.



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order processing across multiple ancillary service lines
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking for all ancillary orders
  • Support workflow optimization and automation initiatives
  • Serve as a point of contact for providers and internal teams
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and documentation

Requirements


  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with AI workflow tools and automation
