Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in West Chester, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will contribute to a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor access as directed, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in required reports.
• Support property operations by assisting with security-related procedures during alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or other critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
