Diviniti Salon & Spa in Matthews, NC (20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte), is growing and welcoming nearly 200 new guests each month. We’re seeking experienced stylists who want access to consistent new client opportunities, an established front desk team, online booking, and the support of an Aveda salon. About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at DIVINITI SALON & SPA as a Hair Stylist/Licensed Cosmetologist! Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we invite you to showcase your creativity and passion for beauty in a supportive and vibrant environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation standards.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assist in promoting salon services and retail products to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon experience.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology license in the state of North Carolina.
Proven experience as a hair stylist or cosmetologist.
Strong knowledge of hair care products and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Portfolio showcasing previous work is a plus.
