Requirement: Commute to Sanford, FL (Required) | Full-Time

Pro Work Design specializes in high-quality kitchen, bathroom, addition, and whole-home remodeling projects throughout Central Florida. We're looking for an experienced carpenter who knows the trade, takes pride in the details, and can get the job done right without constant supervision.
If you have 5+ years of remodeling or finish carpentry experience and are comfortable taking ownership of your work, we'd like to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Complete framing, drywall preparation, trim and finish carpentry, cabinet installation, and door and window installation
- Read plans, elevations, and scopes of work and complete accurate layouts
- Manage daily work and priorities to keep projects moving
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and other trades as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites, including occupied homes
- Use JobTread to document progress, upload photos, and communicate updates
- Identify and communicate potential issues before they affect the project
What You Bring
- 5+ years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience
- Strong experience with kitchens, bathrooms, additions, or whole-home renovations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills
- Ability to read construction plans and perform accurate layouts
- Own hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and comfortable using a smartphone for job updates
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $25-$34/hour, based on experience and skill level
- W-2, paid weekly
- Overtime opportunities as needed
- Paid holidays and PTO
- Consistent year-round work
- Tool and training support
Work Location
- Projects throughout Seminole County and the greater Orlando area
- Sanford, FL office
- Must be able to commute to Sanford, FL
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays based on project needs
