Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) is actively seeking a proactive Associate Engineer to join our engineering team in Lyman, SC. As a trusted provider of boiler pressure parts, we emphasize innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Associate Engineer will support senior engineering staff in the design, analysis, and development of boiler components and systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of boiler pressure parts using CAD and engineering software.
  • Support the review and interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct technical analysis and testing to ensure components meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and quality assurance to resolve engineering issues.
  • Participate in project planning and documentation activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and product quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to boiler components.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
