About the Role
Currently the position involves handling all steps required for complete, accurate and timely processing of quotes and repair orders inhouse and in the filed as well as the return of products to the Industrial Gears Wellford facility for repair, analysis or restock.
Education: Mechanical and technical experience preferred.Â
Wage Range: $20 - $24/Hr.
TOP most relevant SKILLS AND ABILITIES being sought for this position:
• Understanding of project management principles, scheduling software, and relevant industry standardsÂ
• Clear and effective communication with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholdersÂ
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, parts lists, catalogs, price books, general factory instructions and other technical documents.
• Knowledgeable of the SAP, CRM, ERP and SOP computer system will be advantageous.
• Must have mechanical aptitude required to assemble and disassemble gear drives.TOP most relevant ACTUAL TASKS being sought for this position:
• Process service cases for repairs or restock and issue relevant documentation to customers and associates.
• Create and provide accurate quotations for field service as well as repair and/or restock of returned goods and do regular follow ups with the customer.
• Create accurate cost estimates (quotes) for repairs (gearbox, motors, coupling, auxiliary systems,)
• Process Service Orders, issue Order Acknowledgments and do regular follow ups with the customer.
• Create Assembly Decks and Coordinate and schedule repairs with assembly and logistics personnel.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
